- Comprehensive oral examination to discuss your dental needs, concerns, goals, and treatment options.
- Comprehensive X-rays, including a Panoramic X-ray and Bitewings.
- Oral hygiene cleaning
*Be sure to bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card, and a list of any medications that you are taking*
During your visit, we will answer all questions about your oral health. We will provide a detailed financial consultation to help you plan staging treatments effectively and affordably.

To provide you with the most efficient new-patient experience, please complete the forms prior to your first appointment. This will allow the new patient process to run more quickly and smoothly. Insurance and Financing
We believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help as many patients as possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance.

We advise you to contact our office before your appointment to provide us with your insurance information so we can verify your benefits. We accept various dental insurance plans through Connection Dental and will file most claims for you electronically as a courtesy.
If you're unsure if your insurance is included in the Connection Dental network, please contact your dental insurance company and ask a representative if Habersham Dental is in their network.
