About Dr. Benton
Dr. Benton is an Atlanta native who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia before receiving her dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. She also completed a General Practice Residency through the Medical College of Georgia, further expanding her clinical training and experience.
After practicing dentistry in the Atlanta area for seven years, Dr. Benton relocated to Savannah in 2023.
Dr. Benton takes an education-focused approach to patient care. She wants every patient to leave with a clear understanding of what is happening in their mouth and confidence in their treatment plan. By explaining oral health concerns and recommended care in an approachable way, she helps patients feel informed and involved in their decisions.
Patients can expect questions to be welcomed and encouraged when seeing Dr. Benton. She also understands that patients may not always know what to ask, and that is perfectly okay. Her goal is for each person to leave every appointment with a better understanding of their teeth, their oral health, and the care available to them.
Dr. Benton is passionate about general dentistry and the variety of ways it can restore a patient’s health and function. Her treatment interests include fillings, crowns, removable partial dentures, full dentures, and dental implant restorations.
