The Professional Side
Dr. Christopher Tran is proud to call Savannah home, having grown up on Wilmington Island and spending much of his life in the community he now serves. Long before he became a dentist, Dr. Tran was a patient at Habersham Dental. Those early visits left a lasting impression, and during his undergraduate years, he joined the team as a dental assistant. Working side by side with the doctors and staff gave him a firsthand look at the impact compassionate dentistry can have, and it solidified his decision to pursue the profession.
Dr. Tran graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Returning to Savannah to practice has always been his dream, and he is grateful to now provide care in the same community that supported him from the very beginning.
As a dentist, Dr. Tran focuses on creating an approachable, comfortable experience for every patient who sits in his chair. He understands the trust patients place in him and is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships while guiding people toward their healthiest smiles.
The Personal Side
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Alice, and family and friends. He’s a devoted fan of Georgia Bulldogs football and rarely misses the chance to cheer them on in the fall. He also enjoys attending concerts, catching live sporting events, and staying active through badminton, golf, and pickleball; he’s always up for a bit of friendly competition.
