All four of our locations offer the Habersham Dental Loyalty Plan, a budget-friendly and flexible alternative to expensive dental insurance so you can receive quality dental care at an affordable price. Simply pay one rate for the entire year and get the preventative care you need, and additional discounts on all dental services.
Yearly Membership Dues

- 2 periodic exams per year
- 1 emergency exam per year (if needed)
Preventive
100% Coverage
- 2 adult cleanings per year
- 2 child cleanings per year
- 4 perio maintenance cleanings per year**
- Sealants (50% coverage)

Radiographs
X-Rays
100% Coverage
- 1-3 full mouth or panoramic radiograph per year
- 1 bitewings per year
- 1-3 periodic digital x-ray per year

*All family members must live in the same household. Age limitation for dependents is 25.
